Weight Loss

I really think taking walks and drinking more water is the key to me personally losing weight. My mom struggles with this too, and she wonders why she can't lose weight. I think if she consistently took walks, every day, and drank enough water it would help at least a bit.

 The problem is, she doesn't have enough time for walks. And my problem is, if I don't have a walking partner the chances of me actually taking the walk are very odd. If I'm walking by myself I feel like I'm being watched and I can't do it.



Of course, eating healthier plays a big part in weight loss as well, but in my case, I really think the key is walking and drinking more water. I don't drink nearly enough water every day- only two cups if I'm lucky. I always forget, and because I use short cups it's an annoyance to fill it u[ again so I usually don't.

I really need to figure out a good schedule for this. Right now we need to focus on our sleeping schedule. Once we start going to sleep earlier we can get up earlier and then we'll have more time for the things we usually do mid- afternoon, which means we can go for more walks.

But to get to bed earlier, we have to keep the house clean. And getting rid of the ants would greatly help. And to get rid of the ants, we need to keep the house clean. See the prob;em here?

I'm under a lot of stress here just from seeing my whole family stressed out, from the pressure of school, and the pressure to keep a good schedule and keep the house clean and the ants really don't help and right now my life is a mess, but hey, it could always get worse, right? For now I'm just thankful that the ants aren't crawling in our food. It helps to keep the house cold- the ants hate the cold.
